I bought this car for the same thing and it didn't disappoint. I had fun driving it, and enjoyed having the manual transmission again. I also liked getting 30 mpg. There's nothing fancy on this car, but it's been nice because there's less that can go wrong with it. I've never had any major problems with this car. The only thing i've had to replace, other than the normal items like brakes and tires, was the starter motor. This was pontiac's version of the toyota matrix and it has the toyota motor in it. With the hard plastic in the back, it was easy to clean up and not worry about ripping any upholstery if something was slid in and out. I just got the oil changed, so it's ready to go for a while longer before that's needed. I hope this car will last someone several years. The only reason i'm selling is that i needed a truck for a lot of the jobs that i do, so i finally bit the bullet and bought one. I'd keep both, but i just don't have the room to have both at home alongside my wife's vehicle as well. Feel free to call or text.

This has been a great car. I originally bought it for a commuter car. I'm not commuting as far as i use to and i needed to get a truck, otherwise i'd be keeping this car. The hatchback gave us a lot of room and the track system in the back made it easy to strap stuff in place. The maintenance costs have been really low for me on this vehicle. Besides normal maintenance, i've only ever needed to replace the starter. It was due for an oil change about the time i decided to sell it, so i got that done already. There's nothing super fancy about this car, but it got me around and has been a really reliable car. It books for about $500 more than i have it listed, but it needs tires and i wanted to give the purchaser some room to get those done. Feel free to call or text. Texting is easiest though.

The back is hard plastic and it has a track system, so it's easy haul items that need to be strapped down a little. The starter motor was replaced about 2 years ago and the fan for the interior vent system was replaced last summer. These cars were built with the Toyota engine in them, so it has been easy to find parts Sunroof/Moonroof
