Clean title, no accidents. Drives perfect, runs perfect. Working heater and ac. Over the past several months i've done the following: new oem exedy clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, throw out bearing, and axle seals. New oem timing belt and balancer belt, water pump, cam seal, crank seal, balancer shaft seals, idler pulleys, and radiator hoses. New rear brakes and drums new climate control tune-up with new oem spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, rotor, distributor seal, valve adjustment, valve cover gasket. New oem battery cables. When i did the timing belt, the top of the engine is in pristine condition (see pics). The interior is in amazing shape. This car won't have any anticipated maintenance for the next 4-5 years (besides oil changes). There is no doubt this can be a 500,000 mile honda. I would have no hesitation driving this across the country and back. Gets ~ 33 mpg after tuning it up. Cons: just some oxidation on roof and trunk. Climate Control✔ Air Conditioning
